Privacy and cookie policy

§ 1

AUTO-BLAK Sp. Z O.O. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Farbiarska 25a, 02-862 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000083336, the registration files of which are kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. WARSAW, 21st ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER, share capital PLN 50,000.00, NIP PL1230950444, hereinafter referred to as "AUTO-BLAK", introduces this Privacy and Cookies Policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Policy".

§ 2

The term "User" means an internet user visiting AUTO-BLAK websites, hereinafter referred to as the "Portal".

§ 3

1. In order to contact AUTO-BLAK, the User must fill in the appropriate form. There is a requirement to provide certain personal data.

2. Providing personal data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to answer the User

3. The User may also contact AUTO-BLAK using the contact details provided in the Portal, eg e-mail address. Such correspondence will also include personal data, e.g. e-mail address.

4.All personal data entered by the User into the form or provided during contact with AUTO-BLAK are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements set out in the law, and in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

§ 4

1. The administrator of personal data is AUTO-BLAK.

2. AUTO-BLAK may entrust the processing of the collected personal data of Users to another entity on the basis of an agreement concluded with it for entrusting the processing of personal data.

§ 5

AUTO-BLAK informs Users that the recipients of personal data will be: entities providing hosting for the Portal, dealing with its security, state authorities authorized to do so on the basis of separate regulations, PR agencies, suppliers of tools for traffic analysis on the Portal and marketing.

§ 6

1. The User has the right to access their personal data and may verify or correct them, as well as delete them by sending an appropriate request to AUTO-BLAK.

2. The user also has the right to limit the processing of personal data. If personal data is processed contrary to the legal requirements, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

3.The user also has the right to object to the processing of personal data, if the processing is based on the legitimate interests of AUTO-BLAK

or a third party, including an objection to processing for direct marketing purposes.

§ 7

1. AUTO-BLAK processes Users' personal data and uses them to the extent and for the purpose necessary to answer the User's question or solve the case presented to AUTO-BLAK during the User's contact with AUTO-BLAK.

2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest of the administrator is marketing, answering the User's message and solving the case presented by the User.

§ 8

Personal data processed in the scope of conducting marketing activities will be processed for the duration of their conduct by AUTO-BLAK or the User's objection to further processing of personal data. Personal data processed in connection with the User's contact with AUTO-BLAK will be processed for the time needed to reply to the User's message and resolve the matter raised therein.

§ 9

AUTO-BLAK uses the technical measures required by the current provisions on the protection of personal data to prevent the collection and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorized persons.

§ 10

The user can contact AUTO-BLAK anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, correspondence in some matters may require you to provide your personal data.

§ 11

1. AUTO-BLAK uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User's end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the AUTO-BLAK ICT system.

2. AUTO-BLAK stores cookies on the User's end device and then gains access to the information contained therein for the purposes of:

a.marketing consisting in collecting information about what activities the User took on the Portal, i.e. what links were clicked by him and what pages of the Portal he visited, adjusting the content of the Portal to the interests and needs

User, including by generating personalized content,

b. handling visit counters, using polls, remembering the selected language version,

c. for statistical purposes, in particular to enable AUTO-BLAK to analyze the manner in which users use the Portal.

§ 12

1. AUTO-BLAK also informs the Users that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User's end device.

2. AUTO-BLAK also indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by AUTO-BLAK through: appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or using appropriate tools available as part of the operating system used by the User.

§ 13

AUTO-BLAK also informs Users that changing the configuration of the web browser, which prevents or restricts the storage of cookies on the User's end device, may limit the functionality of the services provided. The deletion of cookies during the provision of the service may lead to similar effects. This may result in the inability to log into the Portal or termination of the session after logging in.

§ 14

a.i.1. The portal uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Google".

a.i.2. Google Analytics uses "cookies", i.e. text files placed on the computer or other device of the User in order to enable the Portal to analyze the manner in which Users use it. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the Portal by the User (including his IP address) will be transferred to Google and stored by it on its servers.

a.i.3. Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the Portal by the User, create reports on website traffic for website operators and provide other services related to website traffic and Internet use.

a.i.4. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law or if these persons process such information on behalf of Google.
