Do you have particularly stubborn, sticky contaminants that a standard tar & glue remover can no longer handle? ZIRCON – Heavy Duty Remover is a powerful solvent-based product for spot removal of contaminants such as asphalt, tar, glue and resin, as well as paint transfer marks (e.g. parking scuffs) – simply apply a small amount to a clean microfiber cloth, gently wipe the affected area, then immediately wash down the surface to remove any product residue.

How to use

  1. Make sure the surface is clean (after pre-wash) and dry.
  2. Shake the product in the bottle.
  3. Apply a small amount of product onto a microfiber cloth.
  4. Press against the contamination and gently rub until removed / dissolved.
  5. Once finished, immediately wash the car with shampoo and rinse thoroughly with water to remove any solvent residue.

Tips

  • Do not apply to hot surfaces and do not work in direct sunlight.
  • Do not allow the product to dry out.
  • Perform a test in an inconspicuous area.
  • Use for spot application only and avoid prolonged contact with the surface.
  • Do not apply to sensitive components (plastics, rubbers, seals) without testing in an inconspicuous area first.
  • Wear protective gloves and ensure good ventilation.
